• Payment and Fees: Coaching sessions are subject to payment through the platform. SimRaces collects a commission on all coaching transactions.
• Scheduling and Cancellation: Users must adhere to the booking policies set by the individual coaches, which may include cancellation fees.

C. Automated Event Hosting

SimRaces offers automated event hosting for virtual and real-world races. Participants must follow the rules outlined in our Event Participation Rules.

• Entry Fees: Participation in certain events may require payment of an entry fee. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Ratings System: SimRaces uses an automated rating system to assess participants' performance. This rating is used solely for matchmaking and event placement purposes.

6. Payments and Pricing

• Pricing: Pricing for team management tools, coaching sessions, event entry fees, and other services will be listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
